The Adviser discloses this nonpublic personal information about its investors, prospective investors or former investors only as permitted or required by law. The Adviser does not disclose any of this personal information to anyone (except where required by law or in connection with any government or self-regulatory organization request or investigation) other than the Adviser’s affiliates and its service providers, including futures commission merchants, broker(s), accounting firms, auditors, attorneys and any applicable placement agent(s), and only as necessary to facilitate the acceptance and management of your investment. The Adviser will also release information about you if you direct the Adviser to do so.
The Adviser seeks to carefully safeguard your private information and, to that end, restricts access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and other persons who need to know the information to enable the Adviser to provide services to you. The Adviser also maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
